Hello!

Unfortunately I am posting this from my University's internet.
We found out when we moved into our apartment that the previous tenant did not pay his Comcast bill, so now my fiance and I are suffering without internet for the last 5 days.
I have no idea how I'm doing it.
So we're waiting on Comcast to "audit" us and make sure that we're ok to have internet in the apartment.
On top of that, they want to charge US an installation charge just so they can turn the internet back on because they had to turn it off because of previous tenants. Why do we have to pay for their mistake? If he paid for his bill in the first place we wouldn't have to pay the installation charge!
So sad that someone else's mistake is now our burden.

It's hard because I have classes that I need to do stuff for that is online. So while I'm waiting for my next class to begin (4 classes today, 1 down! lol) I figured I would blog and let everyone know I'm ok and alive!

I've had two classes so far and I'm already upset.
It's going to be a lot of work and on top of it I have presentations to present this year, something I NEVER had to do my 4 years of college. I hate speaking in front of people because I am really shy and I have a level of anxiety and it isn't helping.
Please tell me I am not the only one that feels this way?
I'm so scared I feel like not doing the presentations.

Anyway, I hope to have internet by this week or early next week, still waiting on Comcast to tell us what is going on and if we're "approved". *rolls eyes*

Thanks for reading!

Makeup Haul

I can't even begin to tell you how exhausted I am.
I've been going non-stop all day packing and doing laundry.
I washed all of our clothes, and towels for the apartment, including the new ones I purchased.
I washed our comforter, sheets, bedskirt, and mattress pad.
AND ironed them!
I cleaned and dusted my entire room and packed up a lot of my stuff.
I packed most of the clothes I want to take.
But I'm only half way through my closet. Boo.

Anyway, since I was cleaning up and packing things I completely forgot about some makeup I purchased a month ago, so I thought I would share it with you!
I actually haven't had the chance to use most of it, so I don't have any type of review.
But if you're interested in a review in anything, please comment below!

I hope everyone is having an amazing weekend!

One Outfit, 2 Different Blazers, Need Opinions!

So, I keep thinking about my upcoming internship and my fall classes.
Mostly my internship, and I'm looking for an appropriate outfit for my first day.
This isn't as easy as it sounds.
I found this cute outfit at JCPenney but I am undecided on the blazer.
I like the skirt, I just need to size down on it, it's a little baggy and I think the next size down would be perfect.
But, the blazer. I'm undecided on which one to get and I need your opinion!

The first blazer is shorter on my but is more tailored and fitted.

The next blazer is a lace blazer and it a bit longer on me but not sure if I like it?

So I need opinions, which one should I go with?
The more tailored blazer or the lace fitted one?

Bedroom Suite and Comforter Set

We finally did it, we found the bedroom suite that we wanted!
Let me tell you, it was a journey.
Now that we will be sharing a room I have to take in consideration my other half's feelings.
And it's not as easy as it sounds.
Even right down to the comforter it was a challenge.
We found a bedroom suite that we fell in love with.
Today my family, fiance and I all went down to pick it up.
It was about a hour away so we made the day of it.
It was so nice to finally spend the day with my family and my fiance.

I don't have a real good photo, but once we get set up, I promise I will take better photos.
The bedroom set included the dresser, mirror, bed frame and the two head boards and two night stands.
The tall dresser next to the dresser was not included and we didn't want it.  (or lamps)

It's so funny, when we went there to purchase it, another couple was buying the same one.
I absolutely love this set.
Why?
The dresser and the bed is tall.
I'm tall (5'9") and so is my fiance.
I can't stand anything short, so that was one of my requirements.
Storage, that was another one of my requirements. I needed space. Now that we will be sharing a room we needed as much storage space as possible and what's great about the set is underneath the bed, (can't see in the picture), there is pull out drawers. 2 on each side.
My fiance absolutely loved that. I will be taking over one night stand and two drawers and we can share the dresser and closet.
At my old apartment I always utilized my under the bed storage. I've always had sterlite container under my beds. It's perfect for all my hoodies. And I always wear hoodies to class in the fall.
Anyway, it took a while, but we finally settled on the bedroom suite.

My second big problem was the comforter set.
Everything I've always picked out was either pink, white, pink & white, or pink & black.
Get my drift? Pink.
So when it came to picking out a comforter set I was lost.
I wanted it to be my style but something my fiance would like too.
I'll show you pictures of the ones we both decided not to get.

This first set is from Sears. I liked the color of it, but I wasn't in love with the comforter.
I did however, fall in love with the throw pillows. So pretty. But again, it was kind of girly, and wouldn't really be comfortable.

This one is also from Sears.
I liked it but wasn't in love with it and the quality of this one wasn't good.

This one I absolutely loved and it is from JCPenney.
It's a grey color and has little pebbles going through the fabric.
The quality of this one is really good.
However I didn't like the throw pillows and I was going to do creme sheets instead of the grey. (Too plain)
But after seeing one from Bed Bath and Beyond, we decided against this.

Now this is the one we decided to go with.
The quality and price was amazing.
I'm absolutely in love with the set.
It'll go perfect with our headboard!
I love the style and look of this one and I love that I can change up the sheets if I decided to go with different colors. It's versatile and  feminine, but not too feminine where my fiance doesn't like it.
It's funny we were both looking online for sets and we both picked this one out.
I really lucked out that they had it in store. I had my 20% off coupon and walked out with this for an amazing price, and I couldn't be happier.

I also picked up a black throw that I'll be using, just in case I get cold. I didn't get a chance to take pictures of anything, it's all packed away now.
We are moving next Thursday and I hope to have most of everything set up by the weekend.
My fiance and I are going to go shopping that weekend to decorate our apartment as well.
I'm looking forward to that! :)

Anyway, I hope you enjoyed reading my really really long post. lol.

Have a goodnight.

Atlantic City & Outfits

I must say, I am overwhelmed with the positive response I got about my exciting news.
It makes me so happy to hear all your positive feedback. :)
Thanks so much for taking the time to read about my exciting announcements!

I know, I realize I'm being a bad blogger, but I promise once all the hectic-ness is over I'll be blogging regularly!

This thursday my family and I are going to pick up our bedroom suite.
I look forward to posting everything.
I'm in desperate need of a comforter set, and I'm still looking but haven't found anything.
Actually I really don't know the color scheme I'm going with.
It's tough!

Anyway, I am going to share some photos from Atlantic City when we went the previous week.
I'm actually really disappointed in myself, I did not take one photo with my camera, it was all with my iPhone, and you know how I feel about my iPhone camera.
But I'm kind of obsessed with Instagram at the moment, and I was uploading all kinds of fun photos to there.
If you're not already following me my user name is vzaleski

Day 1

My nails for the day. Revlon Fuchsia Pop and Sephora by OPI Rose Gold Glitter.

July 31st, beach, here I come.

My Fiance purchased a Kool-Aid Burst for me, I LOVE these!
I haven't had one in SO long, I didn't even know they still made them.

Yes, I took this picture while we were driving. :P

My huge plate of desserts.
We went to Ceaser's buffet, called the Boardwalk Buffet and it was so amazing. One of the best buffets I've been at in a while.
They even had cupcakes as desserts. :D

My Fiance playing with his new phone.
It is SO big. I was making fun of him and I said I had to take his photo just to show him how big it looks while he's holding it.
It's a Samsung Note.

The boardwalk and beach from Ceasars.

This is my outfit that I wore at night when we went out to celebrate my internship.
I wore shorts with it during the day, but since casino's like to keep their air at -0 degrees I threw some pants on. haha.

The back is really cute on this crop top. It's lace all along the back. I purchased it from Forever 21. It was around $13. Not bad. Jeans are from Kohls and I'm just wearing flip flops. Ya, I didn't really get dressed up, although I planned my outfits so strategically and yet I threw this on.
Does anyone else do this?! Just throw something random together, yet you planned every outfit for every possible situation. lol

Instagram photo of me with my cupcake at Ceasar's Boardwalk Buffet.

That first night we went out to BB's (Burger Bar) at the Hilton. I ordered a cranberry martini, and let me tell you, I was feeling it after one drink. They put so much vodka in it, it was insane.
We went out that night to celebrate my internship.
It was so nice. We crawled into our rooms that night, it was a lot of fun.

The following day we went to Popeyes, my favorite fast food place down there. It was SO good!
We were going to go to the beach, but of course it looked like rain, so we decided not to go.
Turned out to be a not so bad day, but very cloudy.
We also went to this asian market and they sell these buns called Pineapple creme buns, and they're my favorite and they're only $1!

Cloudy day, pretty windmills.

Since it looked crappy out we decided to go shopping and I snapped a photo of my outfit.
It's just an American Eagle dress my best friend gave me, Thanks Lindsay! Love you!

A dress I purchased. I love the trim on this.
From Charlotte Russe.

The boardwalk and the carnival on the beach. So pretty.

The new casino, Revel.
It is SO big in there, it's insane!
So pretty too!

Our third day there we finally went to the beach.
It was 90, and sunny and HOT. :)
I actually went swimming too!
My fiance was so happy because he actually had someone to swim with.
But there was a trade off, he had to lay out with me!

Fiance and I before we went into the beach.
I really really want to invest in a new bikini cover up.
I've had the same one for 2 years now!

Braid in my hair and laying on the beach.
Perfect.

Fiance and I and my Mondo. (I think that's what it's called.)

 My new Hello Kitty!
My Fiance bought this for me when we were at the Hilton!!
I was so excited, she will be going with me to our new apartment. :)

Pretty moon, on the boardwalk.
I forget what we were doing, but we decided to walk the board walk this night. I think this is when we went down to the new casino to check it out.

We had a jacuzzi in the suite we were staying in so I picked up a bath bomb at Lush.

You can kind of see my outfit in this picture, it's a High-low dress I purchased at Ross a while ago, my fiance said he loved it on me, so sweet. :)

This is my outfit I wore on the way home and this is at a random bath room I was at, so I decided to snap a quick photo.

Playing around with instagram and my new app for photo effects like this. :)
Laying in the sun, my favorite thing to do, and I used SPF!
BTW, I'm really not that tan, it's the instagram. lol

These are photos my fiance took with his camera on his new phone.
We were just walking the boardwalk.

This is inside Revel Casino. SO big!

Another one of us at Revel
