HAUL time.. :)

This is my haul from Long Beach Island and Atlantic City... this is probably my last haul until my birthday. From here on out, I'll be a poor college student with no job. :( What a sad thought...

From It's Sugar in Atlantic City. I was thinking about these shorts since the last time I was there, so this time I splurged and just bought them. I thought they'd be great for school.





Next is stuff I got from H&M.. They were having great deals that my friend and I couldn't pass up. We were seriously in the store for a good hour or more. *lol*

I got this beautiful corset bra for a whooping $17.00



This dress is only $5.00 !! *score*



You can't really tell, but the whole front of this vest is ruffles. It's great. I couldn't pass it up.



No explanation needed.



I'm not a huge fan of American Eagle, but the girl I went on vacation is, and I was surprised at how many things I liked in the store!! I got things from their clearance section which was an additional 30% off.



I got 2 new pairs of sunglasses.









This is a hoodie I got from a Farmer's Market on the way home from Atlantic City, it's called the Columbus Farmers Market.







We went to this beautiful store in LBI called Vixen Couture. Some of their stuff was a bit pricey but I couldn't pass up these 2 cute earrings.





From the B&B Department Store I got 2 dresses and a HUGE fleece blanket with LBI on it. I already put it away from the apartment though.





From Banana Republic I bought this ADORABLE bracelet, I <3 it.





I got this cute ice cream necklace from one of the shops at LBI





We were playing in the arcades at Fantasy Island at LBI and we won enough tickets to get this Lolita ice cream bowl.










.... and that was pretty much all I got. :)

Engagement Photos

These of course aren't our actual Engagement Photos, just photos of when I actually got proposed to. :) John's friend had a professional camera and took photos of the engagement, so I just got them back and I thought I'd share.

It happened at the beach the last day we were there. We went to the beach later in the evening to fly kites, play frisbee, you know, just hang out. So I was flying my kite, John ran up behind me, grabbed my waist, and got on one knee. It was so cute and so beautiful. I probably had the biggest smile on my face. :)

This is when he first ran up behind me and I was still holding the kite. lol












John then drew a heart in the sand and we took photos inside of it. :)

Both of our parents are throwing us an engagement party in a few short weeks before we leave for school. I'm super-excited about it. I decided the engagement party will be beach-themed. It's going to be beautiful. I can't wait!!

I'm home and ENGAGED!!!

This isn't going to be very long but I wanted to let you guys know I'm home from the beach, and I'm ENGAGED!! John asked me at the beach, it was so beautiful... Ohhh I couldn't be happier. But I'll share more about it another day I have so much unpacking to do, but I wanted to share with everyone that special news. :)

John's friend has like a professional camera so he took some photos of the ring at the beach and also of the actual engagement, so I figured I'd show my favorite photo of the ring... It's a 1.25 round carat.

Happy 4th of July & Outfits!!

I hope everyone is having a great 4th of July. I'm sitting here blogging while fireworks are going off. :) I'm dedicated. This past weekend was great! The boyfriend and I did a ton of shopping at the outlets to catch some great sales. Can't wait to share them!! :) But I did want to show the outfits I wore this weekend.

Please excuse the mess and the wind-blown hair, this was taken at my boyfriends with the air conditioning blowing and this was after like a 3 hr drive, but I had to show my outfit.. it's a Alloy.com dress, with a Wet Seal belt, Guess watch, JCPenney flip flops.
