As promised, here is my New York City haul. I budgeted myself a certain amount and didn't want to go over it, and I did very well! I just got a few things, and I actually only got 1 thing from Forever 21. Surprising. I know. It's just that the tax kills the deal! lol

Nice haul! I bought the dress back in May/June, I wore it after IMATS for a blogger dinner around then.
