Pinterest Inspired Outfit

Happy Friday everyone! I hope everyone is excited for the weekend and Superbowl Sunday this weekend! I know I am!! Anyway, I am trying to commit to doing my of the things I pin on Pinterest. Whether it be a craft, recipe, nail design or a outfit inspiration, I'm trying to replicate it. What's the point of pinning of Pinterest if you're not actually going to do it? So today, I am sharing my take on an outfit I pinned a while ago. I also think it helps me play around with items in my closet I normally would not put together or would even think to put together. Like today's outfit. I wouldn't think to put a denim button up with black pants. But I did it, and it worked. I also believe you don't have to do the exact thing that it was pinned because let's face it, we don't own everything we pin on Pinterest. Here is the outfit inspiration I used.

And here is my take on the outfit.
Instead of using a floral scarf, I used a scarf I had in my closet here at my apartment. And I also didn't do the leg warmers, I used my tweed boots instead.



I'd like to note I also tried to keep my hair straight today and added a little curl to the front. This was much easier to do then curling all of my hair. I think I will try sticking to this as well. So what do you think?!?! Did I do well with my pinterest inspired outfit?!
