My Christmas Day

Christmas is always so hectic for me between my fiance's family and my family. It starts with Christmas Eve and runs through Christmas day. But I truly do enjoy it. I love being surrounded by family. It's what the holiday is suppose to be!
I had a wonderful Christmas filled with lots of goodies from Santa.
I'll share some photos throughout the day. I have so many, so I'm going to limit it to a few.

At night my fiance and I exchanged gifts. It's so hectic during the day we have to open our presents up at night. But I don't mind at all because it gives me something to look forward to all day. :)

I bought my fiance's these boxers because I love the outside package. He calles Toilet Paper TP. So I thought it was funny and I had to buy it for him.

This was my fiance's big surprise. He wanted wheels for his car last year but I didn't buy them, so I surprised him this Christmas with them. I know there is only two photographed here, but the other two were out in our garage, just in case you thought he got jipped! haha.

He was SO excited and it was all he talked about. Even though he can't use them until the summer, he is still really excited. The moment a person opens up a present you're expecting them to love, and you see them smile it's exactly the reaction you're hoping for makes your day. Does that make any sense to you?! lol. I hope so!

My fiance surprised me with a Juicy Couture bag and a soft cuddly bear. He is officially called Mr. Snuggles.

Vanessa is now a proud owner of a Lu Lu Lemon jacket. I don't know how he knew I wanted it, I guess he's been looking at my instagram(vzaleski)! :)

And of course a picture of us both by the Christmas tree. Unfortunately it came out blurry, but I am happy with it. Better than nothing!

I also got so many other great goodies from my family that I will share another day. I do not intend on doing a big "haul" post, but I'll post some things. :)
I am considering taking a break until after the new year. It's time to update my resume with my internship and start applying for accounting positions. I have some time off of work next week so that is my intentions along with doing some shopping with all of my gift cards.

My Christmas Eve

Christmas eve always seems so magical to me. I have said this before and I will continue to say it every year, it's my favorite part of Christmas. This Christmas it was extra special because I did not have to work. :) I was able to sleep in a bit, went shopping (What? I had to use my $10 off Vicki's coupon!). I came home and made Chocolate Covered Strawberries and wrapped more presents.
My family and my aunt went to church and we had dinner after. It was nice this year to have my aunt stay for our Christmas Eve dinner. It made it extra special to spend time with her! After my family's dinner, I went over my fiance's house and had dinner with his family. Yes, I was full! And we all exchanged presents. :)
My Christmas Eve started out with my painting my nails. I've been wanting to do the peppermint nail look for a while, but never took the time to do it. This time I just did my index finger. But I'm happy with the way it came out!

My Sunday Picks

I just finished my 10 page internship paper and 2 page abstract paper. Go me! :)
Today my dad and I did a lot of Christmas shopping for my mom. I picked up something for my brother also. My list is slowly dwindling!! :) I have very few things left to buy and I couldn't be happier. I can finally stop stressing!! School is over and the rush of Christmas is almost over.
Tomorrow I go back to my normal job, no more internship. I'm excited to see everyone and meet the new people working there. :D

Random Week & Last Week of College

I really do want to apologize for my lack of posts. It has been really hectic for me the last two weeks. I'm finally home, with my parents, and settled in. Maybe not completely settled in, but I am finding that I have more time now.
I had a really amazing week. I had two Christmas parties and finished my last final on Friday, and my internship on Wednesday.
Everything is bittersweet. I am excited to be done with school and I am excited for what is to come. But at the same time I am scared. I have known the last so many years of my life had a routine, school & work. Now I have a degree and I want to put that to work. :) I was a successful and fulfilling job. Anyone want to hire me?!?!
Wednesday was my last day at my internship. Which I truly loved to pieces. I am currently looking for another position in that area. Wish me luck. But I am going to miss all the amazing girls that worked there, and especially my manager who was so patient with me, and understanding of my school schedule. She gave me an amazing evaluation and she is going to give me a referral whenever I need it. :)
I was suppose to graduate on stage today, but I decided to wait until Spring. So I am looking forward to that. :D
Today I did the majority of my Christmas shopping and I couldn't be happier. I got a lot done and crossed a lot of things off my list.

My Sunday Picks

Here are some of my Sunday Picks.
I'm sorry my blog has been so sporadic lately. School has consumed me. Last week I had 3 presentations, a group project, 2 hour major field test, homework and a paper due. By the time everything is done I am so exhausted I don't have time for anything else.
This coming week is my last week at my internship and I'm really sad. I love working there and wish they were able to keep me. The office I work in is so small they do not have any position available for me. I'm just happy when I graduate I can say I have experience. We are also having a Christmas lunch-in tomorrow at the main school district and also on Wednesday just for our office. I plan on making them some home made gifts. :)
This week is also my last week of school. I have two finals, one on Thursday and one of Friday. I'm also kind of sad about that as well. College, all done. Where do I go now? What do I want to do? How am I going to pay these loans? Everything is so scary. I'm growing up and I'm scared but excited. Another chapter in my life is happening and I'm open arms. :)

I know I just purchased a bunch of hoodies from Vicki's black friday, but since I wear them ALL the time, literally, I don't think it's a waste of money. As a matter of fact some of the ones I have are getting pretty bad and worn, so it'll be nice to get some new ones. So on my Christmas list as well I want a hoodie.
