Vacation Day 7 & 8

Vacation Day 7 & 8 my best friends came down and we celebrated my friend's 25th birthday!

It was so much fun. 

I don't have a lot of photos from that weekend, but I'll share the few that I do have.

My friend and I decided to surprise her with a Too Faced palette that she has been wanting for a while. I believe it's called Summer palette, so as soon as they came in we bought it for her and surprised her with it. 

She was speechless. :)

We even made her open her gifts up on the beach.. hehe.

We spent 5 hours on the beach. 

It was awful for us. 

We had to wait for our hotel to allow us to check in, so we had no choice but to sit our butts on the beach. :)

I enjoyed it though because I knew it was one of my last days there and I was happy to spend a lot of time relaxing.

I even went into the ocean, something I haven't done in 3 years.

I definitely do recommend it. It's very clean and on the same block as ocean side.

They sell all kinds of seafood, and guess what I got?

A burger, but not any kind of burger a Angus burger, yup first time. 

I want it again!!

The following day when we were walking to have breakfast we saw these adorable Hello Kitty bikes. $439.99!

Here's more photos of us on the beach but these were from my friends iPhone so they're not that great of quality. Damn it iPhone get with the times. 

This is just a funny inside joke. I had Michelle braid my hair and I was telling her what a great job she did so we just took photos. haha.

The last one is also from instagram, we climbed good old Barnegat Light and took a photo. 

That concludes all my vacation! Boo!

I have so many pictures to share of things I've purchased recently and everything. it's out of control.

Vacation Day 6

Can I just express my excitement that I am actually off from work tomorrow?!

I'm so happy because I can finally just sleep in without an alarm going off and have time to do things I've been wanting to do!

Anyway, day 6 of our vacation was probably my favorite, only because it was really relaxing.

We didn't go to the beach that day because everyone was SO burnt.

Everyone's skin needed a break.

In the morning we decided to have an early lunch to the Chicken or the Egg. Which was also featured on Diners, Drive-Ins, and Dives. (Love that show!) They have really good food there!

When we got back to the house I decided to take some photos of my favorite decorations so I have future reference, but it wouldn't hurt to show some of my favorites.

Definitely this beach chair holding candles. I need to search for this. And I love the color.

And these candle holders are also my favorite. 

This was our little home for the week. My favorite is definitely the back patio. I was on it all the time!

Thee one and only outfit of the day photo I took! 

Sad, I know, and it's not even anything special.
I wore my Aerie tank with a yellow tank underneath and Decree shorts.

Three of us decided to climb good old Barnegat. Exactly what we needed after our huge lunch!

Only 300 some steps to climb and go back down. No biggie! *pssh*

Whenever you're on top of Barnegat you always find random sayings people write with the rocks, and this time it was just LBI. One year someone wrote "Help" lol

Later on we went for some ice cream and walked to the beach.

We came across this in of the cities, Brant Beach. For some reason the was a stream. Ocean on your right, stream to your left. It was the weirdest thing!

Anyway, that's the end of my Day 6.

Day 7 my two best friends came down and we celebrated her birthday. I'll continue on with that!

Vacation Day 4 & 5

Day 4 of our vacation was pretty hectic. 

Everyone went to the beach in the morning. 

My parents decided to come Tuesday-Thursday but they were staying at Atlantic City. So we decided to go visit them.

I love how the sun is hitting off the water. It looks very pretty.

The guys were playing catch with the football, and me being the awesome photographer that I am, decided to take a photo of the football in the sand because I am very creative. *Sarcasm*

Sky looked so pretty. 

This was my family and I on the boardwalk at Atlantic City.

I asked him to do something funny, but he wouldn't. 

He's no fun.

 

This was in front of Ceasers, I've always wanted to take a photo here but never get the chance to, so I finally did! :)

 

On the end of our street there was a little place called Sunset Gardens I believe. 

It was so pretty. We went down two nights in a row to see the sun set.

End of day 4. 

Day 5 was another beautiful day spent at the beach.

I love it!

My Fiance and I took a trip together down to Bay Village which is where all the little shops are.

He got his favorite from one of their local bakeries, apple strudel. 

In a little shop I found these Hello Kitty sunglasses, and I'm still kicking myself for not purchasing.

To justify it, they were $18.99.

End of day 5.

I hope you guys aren't getting bored with this. 

I've been super busy lately. I still have a ton of homework to do, and I have an exam due by Saturday.

When will my life calm down a bit???

On a brighter note the fiance and I might have found an apartment. Just for the two of us! Our own!

I'll give more details on that another day, or when I find out more information myself.
