Philadelphia Eagles Game: My Experience

I know I normally don't do "reviews" of places I go, but I thought that since I had such a good time I would share my experience.

Let me say this first of all, even if you're not into football you'll love a football game.
It's SO much better at the actual game instead of behind the TV screen.

My fiance and I decided to leave really early because we didn't want to get stuck in traffic and plus we were meeting with my cousin to tail gate.

Tailgating is seriously the best thing in the world. It was SO much fun! Even if you don't go into the actual football game I'd go to tail gate. My fiance and I tailgated with a group called "Cav's Tail Gating". They had ALL kinds of food, even breakfast!
I had some eggs and ham to begin with, then later I had a hotdog and chicken sandwhich. Not to mention they had all you can drink beer! Now I don't drink beer but the guy made me a Mimosa. (My first ever by the way, and let's say I didn't enjoy it) But that is besides the point, he was kind enough to make it for me!
They had water, sodas, etc. You name it I felt like they had it!

So we went into the actual stadium around 12:30(the game started at 1:00), and I was panicking!
First of all we had to go through all these people and gates and security checks to get into the place, and then after we did all that, we had to wait at this HUGE line to get up the escalator, this could be in part because we had seats up real high.
Unfortunately I missed the players running out onto the field, but I did catch the fireworks(yes fireworks) and the national anthem.

The actual game?! SO much fun! The fans were cheering and screaming at the other team. We had Ravens fans around us so everyone was real rowdy and telling them to sit down when the Ravens got a touchdown(Which by the way, rarely happened!). But it was just so funny, "SIT DOWN!".
Or when they only had a few more tries to get their 1st down, the crowd would go wild, clapping and yelling, it was so great. It was as if my screaming and clapping helped the Eagles defense to stop them.. I mean it probably pumped up the players but other than that we were just screaming. lol.
My hands and throat hurt by the time we were done.

It was also SO great when the Eagles did do a touchdown, they had their own anthem song that everyone sung to, and Oh-my-gosh it was so funny hearing everyone sing. They had fireworks, and everything, it was so great! Thank god the Eagles won, it was so nice to experience my first game, and of course my fiance's first game AND the Eagles won. By a point, but nonetheless, they won! :)

I'm not a huge football fan but now I am since I've been to a game. I need to go to another. It's so hard because how far we live. Soon enough though, soon enough.

Anyway, I'm going to share a photo of my fiance and I tailgating, I'll show more another day. I have so many photos it's not even funny. lol.

Attach to me is free t-shirts that the tailgating place had, that they only give out the first game of the season, so we got lucky!

Anyway, not sure if any girl would be interested in this, but since it was all I talked about, I thought it was appropriate to post about. :)
I hope everyone had an amazing week!

I'm finding it very hard to manage my time correctly. After I'm done with my internship I am always so tired and have so much homework to do, and then when I'm done with school I don't want to do anything but relax. I really need to change all that. :/

How does everyone else manage their time?

Recent Outfits

The first week of classes I was able to take photos every day and some the following week, but now that I have my internship and classes, it's becoming a little overwhelming - a good overwhelming, but nonetheless, overwhelming.
So unfortunately I only have a few photos, but since I am having a lazy morning, I thought I would share.

Tomorrow my Fiance and I are heading to the Eagles game and I am SO excited.
It's all my fiance talks about now and that makes me happy. :)
He is even looking into going to other games now that he is going to his first. haha.

I am ready though, I just need to paint my nails (already painted my toenails), and then I am set.

Anyway, here are some outfit photos.
I just wanted to note that where I take photos is not near natural light so I'm having issues taking good photos.
But for now it is what it is.

I wore a lot of blue this week, and I'm not sure why?

 They're all just plain outfits.
I really need to start using ideas from Pinterest to dress in the morning. lol.
I'm getting bored with a lot of my stuff, but unfortunately I cant go out and buy a new wardrobe, so I want to mix and match things, and try different looks.

Anyway, I doubt I'll post tomorrow because we're leaving to go to the game around 8:00, I hope to snap a quick photo of what I'm wearing, but I'll be taking a lot of photos at the game, so you'll see.

Have a nice weekend everyone!

One Week Today, we'll be at the Philadelphia Eagles Game!

Eagles won today!!
Woot woot.
I pray that they win next week when we go see them!
My fiance taught me a lot of things about football today so I know what is going on next Sunday! lol.

Today was such a lazy Sunday, it was wonderful.
I slept in until 10:30. I know, I know.
It was beautiful though and definitely well needed. Tomorrow is Monday and back to waking up super early.

Anyway, I have my Eagles attire I wanted to share with you.
I'm not sure what I'll be wearing to the game, only because I don't know what the weather is going to be like. It looks like it's going to be HOT.. Which is so unfortunate because I really, really want to wear my Eagles hoodie I purchased from Victoria Secrets semi-annual sale. :(

The shirt I purchased for my fiance is on your left and the shirt I bought myself is on the right.

It's cute though, right?!

My beautiful hoodie.

Now, I'm trying to decide what to wear it with!
I'm thinking black shorts or black pants. We'll see though.
I might wear my hair in a pony tail and a green ribbon in my hair, and my aviators, oh and of course, my Michael Kors watch.

I found some cute nail ideas on Pinterest that I will try as well. We'll see.

I know, I'm such a dork. I'm excited though!

Hope everyone is having a wonderful Sunday.

NOTD & Nail Polish Haul

I recently got my Ulta Reward coupon.
I got a 1 point reward so I picked up one of the Ulta nail polishes.

I have never tried any of their nail polishes, but I was surprised that they were only $6.00 for how much you get. I picked up the color Concrete Evidence because it's a color I don't have and thought it was really cute.
I'm really really trying to stir away from pinks. I have every pink known to man and I still buy them!
So I've made a pact with myself never to buy a pink nail polish until I throw some of the ones I have away, or until they run out. *Hmph*

Originally I was going to keep it the way it was.. but decided against it..

So I decided to add some polka dots to the ring finger with my dotting tool.

I think it looks a lot cuter now. :)

I also picked up some nail polish from TJMaxx yesterday, who would have thought they sold Essie nail polish?!

I also picked up a Salon Hansen polish strips for only $3.99 too!
I wanted this one for a while, but refused to pay $9 for it.
Again, these are colors that I don't have, I love the light brown one for the fall. It's so pretty.

While I was looking for my dotting tool I came across all my cute hair accessories I forgot about, so I decided to pull them out so I could use them. :)

Internship Update:

I can not express how much I love my internship!
I absolutely love it!
I am actually looking forward to going to work Monday.
I was worried that when I went there she wouldn't explain what I had to do and threw me into what I didn't know how to do. I was so afraid that I've been going to college for Accounting these past 4 years and what if I go there and hate what I'm doing? It was so scary!
 I was so nervous too!!
I was so nervous I didn't even bother snapping a photo of my outfit for the first day.
I was definitely overdressed by the way, most of the girls working there were wearing jeans. haha.
That's ok! I rather be over dressed then under.

But, I do, I love what I'm doing, and it sounds like I'll be there even after I graduate, so this is so exciting for me. Last night my fiance and I decided to celebrate and went out to TGIFridays to eat. I really wanted to drink, but opted for the dessert instead. lol.

Anyway, that was my little haul for you guys.

Thanks for reading!

Surprise Tickets to the Philadelphia Eagles Game

We have internet!!
Finally!

In a previous post I mentioned how I was going to surprise my fiance with Philadelphia Eagles tickets.
We both have never been to a professional football game, well we've never been to a football game.
He's always wanted to go, so I thought I would surprise him with tickets.

How did it go?

I was SO nervous giving him the tickets, mostly I was afraid of his reaction.
I didn't really know what to suspect, but when I gave him his gift he was shocked.
He told me that at first he thought I just bought him a T-Shirt to watch the Eagles game with.
He said he knew he got tickets after he noticed the papers on the bottom.
He came up to me and gave me a BIG hug.
I don't think I have ever gotten that big of a hug before, nor that long of a hug. :)
He was speechless and smiling.
It made my day.

I love him with all my heart and more. He deserves this more than he thinks.
He is always doing such nice things for me and everyone else!

Anyway, here's the photos from that night.
I waited till we were back at the apartment and we were alone to give them to him.

The Eagles shirt I bought him, I'm not sure he likes it, he says he's going to buy a jersey to wear.
I did purchase myself a T-shirt as well.
I will post a photo of it!

Look at that smile. Melts my heart.

He's ready!
Let's go!

Tomorrow I start my internship.
I am excited but nervous!
I'll be posting outfit pictures. I promise!

Have a good night everyone!

Fitting Room Pics: Old Navy & Marshalls

This past weekend I did a lot of shopping.
Ever look into your closet and get bored with what you see?
I felt this way the whole week getting dressed for classes.
Fall is coming up and I decided to pick up a few pieces.

 Old Navy:

After seeing SO many people wear this polka dot sweater I decided that I needed it!
I can think of so many cute outfits to wear this with, it's so adorable.

This is definitely something that was cuter on the hanger than on me. :/
It's so plain and does nothing for me.

I adore this dress. It is so pretty. Perfect length.
I haven't decided if I wanted it yet.
What do you ladies think?

And the last thing I tried on from Old Navy is this dress and I absolutely love the way it fit, I am considering ordering this one off line considering it's cheaper there. I can definitely style this into the fall and winter.

This sweater is from Marshalls and was on clearance for $10.
I love how big and cozy it is. :)

This top is so adorable, but didn't end up purchasing. It was so flowy on the bottom I felt like a balloon. lol

This top I did purchase, I think the lace is so adorable in the front.

So you have to keep this a secret, but I'm surprising my Fiance with Philadelphia Eagles tickets today when we go back to our apartment.
I purchased them online last night and I'm SO excited to give them to him!!
He has NO idea!!
He absolutely loves the Philadelphia Eagles and has never been to a game (neither have I!).
I bought him a Philadelphia Eagles t-shirt and of course myself and I'm going to give them to him in a gift bag and the tickets on the bottom of the bag.
I'm nervous and excited at the same time.
I hope he is really excited!

Have a great Labor Day everyone!
