wow, those cupcakes look delish!!!
I am sure it would be so easy to make one! this is my idea: draw a heart on the back of a T. Use a sowing machine an just use an overlock or other seam to prevent the edge from fraying. If you want an extra touch, sow on a border of ribbon.
