Bay Boat Shoes & Current Wants from Charlotte Russe

I'm not having a very good day so I thought I would blog & take pretty pictures to make myself feel better. And of course get my mind off things.

I ordered these shoes a few weeks ago from JCPenney and they finally came in and I'm SO excited to share them with you!
I can think of so many cute outfits to wear these with I can't wait to style them. :)
Unfortunately they are not Sperry's but they're just as cute if not cuter.
With a price tag of $25 I couldn't pass them up.

The shoes look like they're bronze in the photo, but they're actually silver glitter.

Here's my want-list from Charlotte Russe
I really, really, really want a fedora hat.
I would have liked when before we went to the beach but I'm sure I'll be able to find one.
I love the bow on the back of these fedora and it's only $9.50

I absolutely adore these flats. I LOVE them!
I'm considering ordering these.
These are $22.50

Anyway, I hope everyone is having a good day.
Does any one else make Wish Lists like I did?

Nic's Nail Stick's review, NOTD & Whale Earrings!

I never review nail polish, I never find a reason too.
But when I tried the new Nic's Nail Stick's by OPI I had to do a review.
It was a complete disaster!
It was so hard to use and I got nail polish all over myself, literally on my new shirt and my legs.
The coverage was good, but not worth the $9.00 I spent.

This is my Pinterest inspired nails.

This is where you have to "pump" out your nail polish, and this is what ultimately made it real messy. You have to hold the pen down and push this down and it just gets ALL over.

The brush tip isn't much better either. It's real rough and you can see the brush marks in my nail polish.
Oh and when I opened it today as you can see the brush is bent now. *ugh*

Whale earrings!
I can't wait to wear these when I got to the beach next week.
They're so adorable.
I picked them up at JCPenney for only $10!

Have any one you tried the Nail Stick's????

Fitting Room Pics, New Dress!

My Fiance & I are heading to Atlantic City very soon and I'm looking for some new things to wear.
I stumbled upon two cute dresses in JCPenney's that I really liked, and only ended up walking away with one.

This was on sale for only $17.
I really liked the shape and the strips on this one.
This one was a size too big on me, but I thought I'd try it anyway.

Unfortunately, it made me look wider than what I really was, so I didn't walk away with it.

Now this one I fell it love with as soon as I tried it on.
I had thought it was just a maxi dress, but it ended up being the short skirt inside and long dress outside, does that make sense?
The color, the fit, everything I love about this.
This one is $45.

Happy face.

What I also like about the dress is the length. I can never find maxi dresses long enough for me!
I'm 5'9" pushing 5'10" so the dresses are made too short for me, this one is perfect. I'm so happy with it!

This one will be packed away in my suitcase for a day out shopping.

Happy Monday everyone!
I'm off from work so I plan on relaxing and catching up with some homework.

NOTD

I have another Nail of the Day for you guys.
This is what I had on my toenails before I used the gold top coat. Which you can see in my previous post.
I picked up one of Sephora's OPI new glitter nail polishes.
I swear I want every single one.
I picked up a nice teal color though, and it's adorable for summer.

I wonder what other colors would look nice as the base for the glitter nail polish?
Hmmm.
Any suggestions?
I'm really loving the glitter nail polish, and the brush picks so much glitter up when applying, it's nice. :)

Sephora's OPI 18K Gold Top Coat

Has anyone seen or heard about the 18 Karat Gold OPI Top Coat?
If you haven't you should check it out.
So basically, it's a top coat that you can put over any nail color and it has gold flakes in it.
That's basically what they are too, just gold flakes, and it's wonderful.
Price?
$30.
My friends and I decided to chip in for it since we weren't going to splurge that much on a single nail polish. And lets face it, who uses a whole bottle of nail polish anyway?

At first I thought a nice cream color would look nice, but I felt like it was kind of boring and the creme nail polish for some reason just wouldn't dry so it made it real clumpy, so I had to change it.

So instead I used Essie's nail polish in Fiesta that I purchased in Long Beach Island, and I really enjoyed this combo much more.

It's a very cute top coat.
If you love gold this is something you can't pass up!

Vacation in iPhone Photos

This will be my last post of my vacation photos. :(
For some reason I found myself taking a lot of photos with my iPhone.
It may have just been the convience of just having my phone on me instead of pulling out my camera.
I'm not sure, but again, I hope when the iPhone 5 comes out they have a much better quality camera.
I do love how my Sony Cybershot takes photos though. They're so crisp and you can see everything.

Anyway... the photos are random throughout the week.
Also a lot are from instagram.
I recently fell in LOVE with instagram and I definitely need to follow more people. If you're reading this could you please tell me your username or if you want to just follow me so I could follow you back, my username is vzaleski

Anyway, here's some photos!
When we went grocery shopping they were selling hamburger cakes!

This is real pretty, I wish I had this for my engagement party.

Yay for Jersey blueberries! And they were delicious!

This was my first day at the beach. It was so beautiful.

The guys wanted in our the feet photoshoot. Mine are the pretty feet with painted toenails lolol!

My pretty sandals, and I wanted to show how I painted my toenails.

The infamous Chowda Hut, with the delicious New England Clam Chowder.

Relaxing on the beach on night.

If you ever go to LBI you need to go to ScoJo's.
They're famous for the breakfast but I like all of their meals.
AND there is always a line!

My Fiance's friend brought down Patron for us to try. I've never tried it, nor am I a huge tequila fan, but this was MUCH smoother than most.

Shots. Can you see how happy I am to be taking this? lol

This was the beach another day. So pretty.

When my parents came down we went to Hardrock Cafe in Atlantic City and I got their vanilla milkshake.
I believe my favorite milkshakes are from there.

ScoJo's!

My oh-so-healthy hearty breakfast.

I love my Nook cover. I swear it saved it from a lot of sand.
Oh how I love you Nook Color.

Ring in the sand, ohh it was only just 2 years ago that we got engaged here. :)

I'm not sure if you can see it well, thanks iPhone!
But my fiance purchased the seashell Pandora charm when we were in Atlantic City.

This is true! Can't find better sausage anywhere!

My Fiance purchased this little Hello Kitty round ball for me.
She's going in my car with me!

Another bad iPhone photo.

Well, that's about it!
I'm off to Bath & Body Works and to Littman Jewelers to get my ring inspected!
