Charlotte Russe & Ross Haul

Last week I mentioned that the fiance and I went shopping and I finally got around to taking photos of the things I purchased. 

I went to Charlotte Russe last Tuesday and I'm not sure if they still have the same promotion but all of their clearance was an additional 50% off the lowest ticket. 

Most of the things I purchased from there was on clearance so I got some really good deals and only ended up spending $64.

I realize you don't need to see my underoos, but there clearance undies only came to .50 So I grabbed a few.

Skirt came to $4.99 and pants came to $9.99 And I absolutely love their work pants because they actually fit me! Length wise that is because I'm tall.

I needed a new white tank, that was $7.50 and I picked up that necklace that I wanted that was only $6.00

Two new pairs of black pants! I was in desperate need of new black pants so I'm super excited that I found these. :) AND one pair was only $6.49

 I'm really mad this photo came out blurry.. I absolutely love this skirt.. it's super long and have ruffles going through it. Can't wait to wear this for work. :)

My fiance's brother and I went to see the Trans-Siberian Orchestra.. it was kind of a last minute thing, I took a lot of photos and videos so I'll share them later this week. :)

Forever 21's Hello Kitty Collection

On facebook today Hello Kitty show cased some of their clothing line that going to hit Forever 21's stores November 18th. And I'm really excited about it. Everything is so cute.

Holy poop! It's going to be in the 70's today. You're beat your bum I brought out the flip flops. Oh how I love you flip flops. :) 

I'm in a really good mood today because the fiance and I are going SHOPPING! The last time I went shopping was for my birthday and that was 23 days ago. Ya, that's right I haven't shopped for 23 days. 

Anyway, so I thought I'd share my outfit that I'll be wearing.. and I actually put my hair in a pony tail.. and I actually like it. I always, always wear my hair down. So I took a few photos of that. Haha.

Christmas Decor.

I already know what you're thinking, did you decorate already Vanessa? No. But I've been looking to buy some new things to decorate with. I can't help it. I love Christmas. 

But, I do have to tell you that I was at Wal-Mart today, and do you know that their Christmas music is on already? I looked at my fiance and said, "Really? Christmas music before Thanksgiving?!" Pretty soon Thanksgiving is going to be a forgotten holiday. 

Anyway, I was shopping for new things for our kitchen and bathroom and the only place I could find things that I liked is at Kohls.com believe it or not! I'm thinking of going with a Gingerbread theme for our kitchen since I already have quite a bit of it already. And I'm going with a snowman/snowflake theme for our bathroom since it's decorated all in blue already.

NOTD Essie

Ever since I got this nail polish at Ulta I've been dying to use it.

I was waiting till after Halloween to use it. The color is a silver but a much darker silver. It kind of reminds me of primer on a car. I know that sounds odd, but it's the best way I could describe it. 

I decided to do the accent nail by using glitter on my ring fingers. 

My Saturday.

First I have to explain that I'm home alone all weekend.. by-my-self. My fiance is two hours away with his family picking up my car from getting inspected, and I stayed behind. For the last 1 year or more that we've been at this college, I have never once been by myself. And I'll be completely honest with you, it's scary. I-don't-like-it-one-bit. Every little noise is making me nervous, regardless if I've heard it before. I even locked our door! ... Now don't get the wrong picture, I don't live in a bad neighborhood. It's actually a very good neighborhood, the only trouble that goes on around here is drunk college kids knocking over the garbage cans outside. BUT it's the first time I'm all alone.
Because I knew he was going away for the weekend and because I knew I was going to be scared... I made goals for myself, goals to keep me busy.
The first goal I made for myself was to do the laundry. I purposely didn't do it for a full week so I would have a ton to do this weekend. To be honest, I know what you're thinking, your day off and you want to do laundry? Actually, I love to do the laundry. Maybe because my fiance gets excited over the fresh smelling clothes, or maybe because I like the smell of fresh clean clothes, I don't know. But I actually like to do laundry. And even though I saved up the laundry for a full week I only had two loads of it. Ugh. So then it got quiet, and then I heard noises again.. so I decided to clean our sheets and comforter. Sound of laundry, keeps me sane. Weird.

Do you really need to see our laundry? No. But I'm showing you anyway. :P

And also because I knew I was going to be home all weekend my fiance get me the latest season of Jerseylicious. So after I got my shower and stuff I watched the whole season. Ya. I seriously love that show.

My favorite is Gigi. I think she is so genuine and kind. Plus I think she is super pretty and I love her style.



So then afterwards I decided to put away all my shorts. Yes, I still have shorts in my drawers So I decided to put them all away and reorganize my dresser. Besides it was messy.
Everything's all meshed together, and I hate that when I'm trying to get ready in the morning.

I put all my summer clothes into these little bags I got from Big Lots for $7.99. They're perfect because they're small, fit a lot, with handles, and have a see through top.

Yay!

All cleaned and organized.. My first drawer contains all my tank tops that I wear under things and that I wear to bed. I love tank tops!

To the left of the tank tops are my leggings.
The next drawer is all of my skirts & then all of my yoga pants. I frequent this drawer often.. and not because of the skirts. :P


The next two drawers contains all my jeans.
AND MY SOCK! :P


Guess what I found today? My awesome deal! I got these Sephora eyeliners for $8.00! Score.

Remember that cosmetic organizer I got when I was in Atlantic City for my birthday? Probably not. Well I finally filled it today. And I discovered I only own two lipsticks. Sad.

My pitiful collection of lipsticks. A whole two of them. Yup! :) But I filled it with lipglosses because I love those!

Also, to end this post, I'd just like to say that I discovered my webcam today. It's not that I never knew I had one.. it's just I never thought to use it, and to be honest, I had a lot of fun taking photos with it. Haha. Who knew.. a webcam can entertain me for a whole half hour. Ya. A whole half hour. So I'm going to share a few photos I took, I wouldn't share all of them, because let's be honest, who wants to see 64 photos of me in the same position just a slightly different angle. Haha.
