Unfortunately I am posting this from my University's internet.
We found out when we moved into our apartment that the previous tenant did not pay his Comcast bill, so now my fiance and I are suffering without internet for the last 5 days.
I have no idea how I'm doing it.
So we're waiting on Comcast to "audit" us and make sure that we're ok to have internet in the apartment.
On top of that, they want to charge US an installation charge just so they can turn the internet back on because they had to turn it off because of previous tenants. Why do we have to pay for their mistake? If he paid for his bill in the first place we wouldn't have to pay the installation charge!
So sad that someone else's mistake is now our burden.

It's hard because I have classes that I need to do stuff for that is online. So while I'm waiting for my next class to begin (4 classes today, 1 down! lol) I figured I would blog and let everyone know I'm ok and alive!

I've had two classes so far and I'm already upset.
It's going to be a lot of work and on top of it I have presentations to present this year, something I NEVER had to do my 4 years of college. I hate speaking in front of people because I am really shy and I have a level of anxiety and it isn't helping.
Please tell me I am not the only one that feels this way?
I'm so scared I feel like not doing the presentations.

Anyway, I hope to have internet by this week or early next week, still waiting on Comcast to tell us what is going on and if we're "approved". *rolls eyes*

Thanks for reading!

That's terrible! I would refuse to pay the fee and ask to speak to a manager and get to the bottom of it.
I hated presentations too, they made me so nervous but then I took a job out of college where all I did was presentations almost every single day (I was really good at it too) and I faced my fear, it was the most empowering feeling ever. So try to go in with an open mind and realize that everyone is in the same boat. They're probably too busy thinking about how nervous they are instead of focusing on you anyway. Hope this helps:)
